Added more tilesets and objects

-- Big update for simple platformer tileset --

• added a tileset for night, desert and cave
• added a ghost enemy for the night scene
• added invisible blocks and switches to activate them
• added some background objects like stones and cactus
• added objects like a falling spike, a mine car and a rail

I will update it again in the near future. Please, be patient ;)
